We’re hiring a skilled Maintenance Technician to join a well-established shop in North Tulsa. This position is perfect for someone with a strong background in CNC troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair. Key Responsibilities:
- Inspect and adjust equipment, document test readings, and perform necessary repairs.
- Repair or replace essential components, covering both electrical and mechanical systems.
- Read and interpret prints, schematics, diagrams, and technical manuals for equipment repair.
- Conduct preventative maintenance using PM programs and inspection checklists.
- Align, fit, repair, and assemble components using tools, meters, gauges, and lifting devices.
- Prepare sketches, write work orders, and plan repairs based on project instructions.
- Fabricate or modify parts to complete repairs according to safety guidelines.
- Investigate equipment failures, collaborate with engineering and production teams, and resolve issues quickly.
- Ensure correct installation of new equipment and document all testing and repairs.
- Follow strict lockout/tagout procedures for safety.
What We’re Looking For:
- 3 to 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
- Strong skills in CNC troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair.
- Experience with machining, welding, electronics, and hydraulics.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- A proactive, self-motivated approach to minimizing equipment downtime.
Work Environment:
- Exposure to typical shop conditions, which may include noise, dust, and occasional fumes (OSHA standards followed).
- Requires extensive standing and walking, with occasional work in confined or dusty areas.
- Work primarily indoors but may involve some outdoor tasks as needed.
