Job Description:

The Press operator will be operating a range of pressroom equipment, the successful candidate will perform tasks including blanking, piercing, forming, spot welding, deburring, assembly, and packaging of various materials. Key responsibilities include reading and interpreting blueprints, procedures, and work instructions, ensuring precise positioning of workpieces in tooling or equipment, and utilizing precision measuring instruments to verify product conformance. Requirements:

Vocational/technical education, machine operation, or equivalent education, training and experience required.  Ability to reread and interpret documents such as customer drawings, operating, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively troubleshoot problems, present and write information and respond to questions from groups of managers, customers, and employees.  Ability to solve practical problems with thoroughness and diligence, ability to be decisive with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists; Ability to interpret a variety of instruction furnished in written, oral, diagram, or scheduled form.
