We are currently seeking a skilled individual to join our team as a Fintube Operator. In this role, you will be responsible for the setup and operation of the McElroy 6S finning machine, with a focus on fabricating various wrap-on and embedded finned tubes. Your duties will include constructing fin tubes by interpreting blueprints, planning sheets, sketches, and related technical data. Additionally, you will be tasked with determining tooling requirements, setting up procedures, controlling settings, and executing finning methods and sequences necessary to effectively operate the machine. You will measure parts using a variety of measuring tools such as tape measures, dial calipers, dial indicators, and micrometers. Operating overhead cranes to load the machine will be a daily occurrence, and occasional forklift operation may also be required. Meeting production quotas and ensuring quality standards are met are essential aspects of this position.
